Bionic contact lens(தொடுவில்லை)..................
வணக்கம் நண்பர்களே என்னுடைய இன்றைய பதிவில் மருத்துவம் பொறியியல் ஆகிய இரண்டையும் கலந்து உருவாக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு கண்டுபிடிப்பை பற்றி எழுத உள்ளேன் நான் எனது உலவியில் தற்செயலாக இதைப்பற்றி பார்த்தேன் இதை இப்பொழுது உங்களுடன் பகிர்ந்து கொள்கிறேன் .
மருத்துவ உலகம் தினம் தினம் ஒரு ஆச்சர்யமான வியாதிகளையும் அதற்கான தீர்வுகளையும் ஆராய்ந்து வருகிறது அந்த வரிசையில் இப்பொழுது புதிதாக Bionic contact lens என்ற ஒரு தொடுவில்லையை கண்டு அறிந்துள்ளனர் .இது polyethylene terephthalate -- or PET என்ற பொருளால் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது இது உணவுப்பொருள்களை அடைத்து வைக்கும் பைகள் தயாரிக்க பரவலாக பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
மேலே காட்டப்பட்டுள்ள இந்த தொடுவில்லையை university of Washington ஐ சேர்ந்த விஞ்ஞானிகள் குழுவினர் உருவாக்கி உள்ளனர்.
இந்த தொடுவில்லை சாதரணமாக நாம் பயன்படுத்தும் தொடுவில்லை போல் அல்லாமல் இதில் மின்னனுசார் மின்னியல் சுற்று (Electronic circuit) மற்றும் சிறிய விளக்குகளும் பொருத்தப்பட்டுள்ளன . இதன் சிறப்பு அம்சம் என்னவென்றால் இத்தனை சாதனங்களும் nano meter தடிமனில் அடங்கிவிடுகிறது . மேலும் இந்த அறிய கண்டுபிடிப்பை முயல்களின் கண்களில் பொருத்தி சோதனை செய்து பார்த்ததில் எந்தவித பாதிப்பையும் இது ஏற்படுத்தவில்லை .மேலும் இதன் மூலமாக நாம் பார்க்கும் தூரத்தை அதிகரிக்கவும் குறைக்கவும் முடியும் தூரத்தில் உள்ள ஒரு பொருளின் பிம்பத்தை நாம் அருகில் உள்ளது போல பார்க்கவும் முடியும். இது ஒரு கணினியின் திரை போல செயல்படுகிறது.
இதில் பொருத்தப்பட்டுள்ள சாதனங்கள் பின்வருமாறு :
1 . ஒளி உமிழும் இருமுனையம் (light emitting diodes).
2 . சாம்பல் நிறமுள்ள ஒரு வித பொடி தொடுவில்லை முதுவதும் பரவுமாறு தூவப்பட்டுள்ளது இதன் கரணம் என்னவென்றால் Microfabrication or self assembly (நுண் கட்டுருவாக்கம் ) மூலம் தொடுவில்லையில் உள்ள சாதனங்கள் தன நிலையிலேயே நகராமல் நீடிப்பதற்காக .
3 . capillary action எனப்படும் மயிர்த்துளை தாக்கம் மூலமாக எல்லா சாதனங்களையும் நிலைநிருத்துகிறார்கள்.
பயன்கள்:
1.இதனை கணினியுடன் இணைத்து அதன் மூலம் நாம் காணும் அனைத்து வகையான பிம்பங்களை பற்றிய தகவல்களயும் பெற முடியும்.
2.நாம் செல்லும் பாதையை அறிய முடியும் (GPS).
3. கணினி திரை இல்லாமலேயே நாம் video game விளையாட முடியும்.
4.இது நம் கண்களுக்கு எந்தவித தீங்கையும் ஏற்ப்படுத்தாது மேலும் நம் கண்களில் உள்ள கிருமிகளையும் கண்டறிய உதவும் .
இது தற்பொழுது ஆராய்ச்சிக்கு உட்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது இதன் செயல் திறனை மேலும் அதிகரிக்கவும் wireless communication,power transmission,solar cells போன்ற தொழில்நுட்பங்கள் வருங்கலத்தில் இதனுடன் இணைக்கப்பட உள்ளன .
இது செயல்படும் விதம் குறித்த ஒரு சிறிய video தங்களின் பார்வைக்கு

How To Install Google Android On Windows,Mac or Linux PC.....................
If you want to try out Google Android before buying an Android based mobile phone then you have come to the right place. Google provides an Android emulator along with the Android SDK.
If you are a developer you can test the apps you write using this emulator or if you just want to test drive an Android phone, you can do that too.
To get the Android Emulator up and running:
1.First, Download Java from here and install it.
2.Now you have to download the Android SDK from here. While downloading for windows select the Compressed .zip file, not the “recommended” .exe file.
3.Once that download is done, extract the contents of the .zip file. After the extraction, open SDK Setup.exe.
With the Emulator you can do many things that you can do with a real Android such as:

7.Next we set up the Virtual phone. Click on “Virtual devices”, then “New…”.
8.Now just select the Skin, SD Card Size& Android Version you want. Now Give a name to your Virtual Device and then click “Create AVD”. When you click this there can be a small time lag till a message comes that the Virtual Device has been created
9.Now select your virtual device from “Virtual devices” and select “Start…”.
10.Now a screen with “ANDROID_” will comes with the underscore blinking.
11.After which the Android Start Up screen will become visible and then you will reach your home-screen. Thats it. Now you can use your Android Virtual Phone.With the Emulator you can do many things that you can do with a real Android such as:
- Browse the Internet just as in an Android Mobile.
- Check out the Menus, Widgets, Wallpapers, Settings etc…
- Install free Apps off the Internet.

Google Search Tricks for better results
A few things you might want to try with Google:
Hand type the following prefixes and note their utility:
1.link >>>url Shows other pages with links to that url.
2.related>>>url same as "what's related" on serps.
3.site >>>domain restricts search results to the given domain.
4.allinurl >>>shows only pages with all terms in the url.
5.inurl>>> like allinurl, but only for the next query word.
6.allintitle >>> shows only results with terms in title.

Speed up your internet by 20%
| Microsoft reserves 20% of your available bandwidth for their own purposes like Windows Updates and interrogating your PC You can get it back: Click Start then Run and type "gpedit.msc" without quotes. This opens the group policy editor. Then go to: --> Local Computer Policy --> Computer Configuration --> Administrative Templates --> Network --> QOS Packet Scheduler --> Limit Reservable Bandwidth. Double click on Limit Reservable bandwidth. It will say it is not configured, but the truth is under the 'Explain' tab i.e." By default, the Packet Scheduler limits the system to 20 percent of the bandwidth of a connection, but you can use this setting to override the default." So the trick is to ENABLE reservable bandwidth, then set it to ZERO. This will allow the system to reserve nothing, rather than the default 20%.It works on Win 2000 as well. |

Broadband Speed test in Bsnl...........
1.Type calcutta bsnl speed test in google search bar and hit enter.
3.select state and place as shown in the picture.
4.select Speed test from the above tabs.
5.Hit start test.
6.wait for sometimes this depends on your broadband speed.
7.You can see the speed of your broad band .
This speed is not constant,it may vary depends upon the traffic.If your Internet speed is too low for all time book the complaint to customer care(1500).

This is a fairly simple and useful trick to score yourself a gigabyte's worth of free online file storage. If you already have a Gmail account, you can use it as a central file server that is accessible from anywhere you can access Gmail.If you don't hava an account create it.

This is a fairly simple and useful trick to score yourself a gigabyte's worth of free online file storage. If you already have a Gmail account, you can use it as a central file server that is accessible from anywhere you can access Gmail. If you don't have a Gmail account... read on. We're going to install a shell extension that will allow you to mount your Gmail account as a virtual drive on your desktop, so you can perform basic file manipulation operations without having to go through the web-based interface. Drag and drop, batch copy, create folders and delete files as you normally would in Windows Explorer, and be able to access your virtual drive from virtually anywhere.
There are some limitations and caveats associated with this how-to: Gmail doesn't support files larger than 10MB, so you won't be able to store large movie files or anything, but you wouldn't be doing that anyway 'cuz it's illegal, right? Also, the Gmail drive shell extension only functions under Windows XP, but you'll be able to access and download any of your files via any operating system and browser combination supported by Gmail.
Be advised that this trick is completely unsupported by the Google folk and so may cease functioning at any time — particularly following upgrades to the Gmail service. As far as we know this isn't illegal (we actually read the EULA for you — that's love, people), but we can't guarantee Google won't go all RIAA on us and crack down on this app, either, so use at your own risk.
Also, it goes without saying that none of you would dream of using something like this to shuttle around any illegally-obtained or un-DRM'd music, right? 'Cuz that would make you a criminal, and we can't advocate that. This is only for personal use storage of your, uh, extensive Powerpoint collection, k? Buckle in and let's roll.

Now — if you have another Windows XP machine you use regularly — your work PC, for example — you can just set up the Gmail Drive shell extension there and have Explorer-type file manipulation on that machine, as well. This could be a really handy solution for sharing files between your two locations. But since we already know how to use Gmail Drive, let's take a look at what happens when we log in to our Gmail account from a regular old web browser.
Go to the Gmail login and enter your account information:

When you log in, you'll see a number of new messages - one message per file you just uploaded. Messages corresponding to files that have been uploaded via Gmail Drive appear with a "GMAILFS" prefix in the header, following by the filename and the file size:

Since we've uploaded images, we can view our photos right from within the Gmail interface:

From here, we can forward the images on to friends, or download them to whatever machine we are on and have instant access to them at any time. Plus, we benefit from all the handy built-in features of Gmail itself; we can easily search for our files by name and tag them to organize them however we wish. All this from the installation of one simple and free utility.
So we know that a lot of you might find this handy, but you don't happen to have a Gmail account. Well, it's your lucky day, peeps, because we have a few invites to give away. Obviously we don't have enough invites for everyone, but we'll give them away on a first-come, first-served basis until they're all gone.
